DOLI combined these tasks in the Test&Motion Software. Different informations are shown in different windows at the same time.
Test&Motion was developed in a modular design. It consists of the basic software containing a simple but adaptable tension/compression test and different modules for almost all kinds of testing applications. The special module Free Programming offers the possibility to design tests individually.
All sorts of signal sources can be displayed. Load, position and strain are standards, moreover, other transducers or calculated results can also be displayed.
Variables are shown as a curve in X- or Y-direction or listed digitally. Furtheron, users have the possibility to: change the names of the variables (e.g. load or F), zoom in on the graphic several times and store remarks within the graphic. If a bigger view of the curve is needed, the graphic window can be drawn up to screen size. Due to the organization in single window, user does have the possibility to move important values to a specific point where user can still see them. T&M is able to process several EDCs in a multiaxial manner. EDCs can be cascaded and - what is even more important - synchronized, resulting in an absolute identical signals for all channels. T&M can communicate with several EDCs at the same time.

Users have several possibilities to export data. For example user may export: in an ASCII-File, in an EXCEL-File, via a serial interface or in an ECLIPSE-File. In case user wants to export user data please do as follows.

With “End of Test” choice, the users can easily choose how and when end the test. The options allows user to protect the machine. In addition, the option has automatic fracture recognition.

RMC6 REMOTE CONTROL UNIT
Generally, the RMC6 is the substitute for the preceding RMC5. It is a small handheld unit (cable 3m) directly connected to the EDC. The control keys F1, F2, F3, UP, DOWN, STOP as well as the ‘mode changer’ for the Digipoti and the Digipoti itself are on the front. It has a small display and control LEDs for the TEST- and the POWER-function.
The RMC6 has a magnetic foil on its back and therefore can be placed at an ergonomic position.

RMC7 has options that open/close hydraulic and pneumatic grips.
It is avaible that start and stop test.
